A frequent speaker, Jason has spoken at many trade association meetings and conferences including the Association of Independent Certified Public Accountants Washington conference, the Washington D.C. HR Summit, the Dixon Hughes Goodman Dealership Executive Forums, and the American Society of Association Executives.
With over 15 years of 401K plan experience, Curt has become a leader in effective plan design and employee motivation to save for retirement. His methods for analyzing a plan’s employee demographics have proven to be highly effective in increasing the number of active participants in a plan as well as the level of savings by employees. With a Political Science degree from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, Curt has dedicated his career to ensuring plans are designed to succeed and participants are motivated to save for retirement.
